## About the Role

Do you have experience in iOS support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Relevant associates degree or better, or equivalent work experience

 * Knowledge of computer software, operating systems and hardware
 * Understanding of basic Linux command line functions
 * Understanding of LAN and WAN networking fundamentals
 * Knowledge of mainstream mobile device platforms like Android and iOS
 * Ability to problem solve, think critically, relay actionable instructions to end users
 * The ability to work and collaborate with a team or work independently to meet deadlines
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service
 * Powershell and bash scripting skills
 * Project management skills
 * Ability to work remotely to provide after-hours support
 * Some travel required, infrequent, as-needed for new hardware installations
 * Knowledge of AI tools to efficiently troubleshoot and debug issues
 * Proficiency in:
 * Microsoft Windows, Active Directory
 * Linux
 * Google Workspace (G-Suite)
 * Google Cloud Platform

## Description

* Provide in-house desktop PC hardware and software support.
 * Design, manage and maintain cloud infrastructure
 * Manage and monitor various local network and other system hardware
 * Manage Active Directory user accounts, add/remove users
 * Maintain, design and deploy LAN/WAN network
 * Manage VoIP phone system configuration
 * Maintain and monitor system backups
 * Oversee disaster recovery plans
 * Plan and execute strategies to maintain security on computers and networks
 * Maintain knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices
 * Perform problem-solving tasks when alerted by users or system monitoring
 * Participate in rotating 24x7 on-call support (calls are infrequent)
 * Create documentation for systems and procedures
