You are driven by safety, quality, and efficiency while building strong, accountable teams. You communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of both daily operations and long-term performance., As the Head Miller, you will lead the milling department to ensure safe, efficient operations while delivering high-quality products that meet all specifications. You'll oversee day-to-day performance, develop your team, and drive continuous improvement across milling operations.
