As a Help Desk Associate you will provide first-level support to inquiries made to the IT Help Desk, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware, and track and assist the IT staff with resolving IT-related issues., Duties Include:

 * Positively respond to all inquiries made to the IT Help Desk and provide first-level support.
 * Troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
 * Perform or obtain assistance for computer/printer repairs.
 * Develop checklists, guides, and documentation to assist with future support resolutions.
 * Monitor daily system reports.
 * Assist in training and educating credit union staff regarding computer upgrades.
 * Document repairs, incidents, and procedures for IT-related activities.
 * Installs and tests computer-related equipment.
 * Performs selected system administration for Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and on-premises/cloud-based applications.
 * Assists in maintaining system inventory.
