Do you have experience in Operating system security?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a reliable and experienced Windows System Administrator to join our team on a part-time, flexible schedule. This role is ideal for a self-motivated IT professional who enjoys managing and maintaining Windows-based systems in a dynamic business environment., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR minimum of 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience

 * Experience with Microsoft 365 / cloud environments
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments
 * Experience with Active Directory, networking, and system security best practices
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred (but not required)

 * Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
 * Basic scripting (PowerShell)

 * Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed
 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements
