These responsibilities include the support of: end user support for onsite and mobile users, disaster recovery processes and procedures, local area network (LAN), Microsoft Windows Servers, storage area network (SAN), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Cisco and Checkpoint switches and remote access devices, MS-Windows, and various third-party software. Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others., * Support of all network servers, switches, workstations and printers including installation and upgrades.
