## Description

The Fleet Operations Systems Lead supports daily fleet operations by managing reporting, system updates, and operational tracking processes. This role ensures data accuracy and integrity, maintains operational procedures, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency. The position also supports departmental projects and contributes to initiatives that improve overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

 * Support daily fleet operations by coordinating reporting, system updates, operational tracking, and administrative processes.

 * Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational procedures to enhance controls, improve efficiency, and drive process automation.

 * Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

 * Manage shared inboxes, system requests, and operational inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication.

 * Maintain tracking records, distribute recurring reports, and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information.

 * Provide support for departmental projects, reporting requests, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
