Physical/Mental Demands: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. ## Description Position Overview: The Azure Cloud Engineer is responsible for the operational ownership, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of Radiology Imaging Associates' (RIA) Azure-hosted data lakehouse and analytics stack (including Azure Databricks and downstream reporting/BI tools). This role owns ongoing lakehouse upkeep-environment administration, pipeline operations, monitoring, and new data ingestion-while also partnering across IT to deliver broader Azure cloud initiatives beyond the lakehouse (platform governance, automation, security improvements, and new cloud services). The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the platform remains stable, cost-effective, compliant (HIPAA), and scalable.
