Physical Demands & Work Environment: * Lifting and carrying various computer components and printers. * Sitting, standing, and bending to accommodate the installation of various computer systems. * Sitting at a computer workstation in an office setting. * Periodic travel to and from on-site communities for computer installations and set-up., Required * 2 year(s): Experience working in an IT Help Desk and/or IT customer service environment. Proclivity for doing repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Windows 7 and above in a server domain environment. Experience creating domain accounts in Active Directory. Experience in troubleshooting unfamiliar software.
