 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized

What You'll Do

 * Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, systems)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues-or escalate when needed
 * Manage IT tickets, calls, and support requests
 * Set up and configure employee devices and accounts
 * Maintain and audit IT inventory and systems
 * Support onboarding/offboarding processes
 * Assist with AV setups and company events
 * Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and improvements
 * Document processes, fixes, and system updates
 * Uphold IT security protocols and best practices
