 * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service mindset
 * Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
 * Comfortable working on-site and interacting with employees at all levels

## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across the organization. This role will serve as the first point of contact for basic IT needs, ensuring employees receive timely assistance with hardware, software, and general technology issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and able to handle routine IT requests., * Provide on-site support for employees with technical issues, questions, and requests

 * Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, etc.
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding by provisioning and deactivating user accounts and equipment
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, printers, applications, etc.)
 * Respond to requests and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
 * Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories
 * Support conference room technology (video conferencing, presentations, etc.)
 * Perform routine system updates and basic maintenance tasks
 * Research information and look into unfamiliar issues to find solutions, using available resources
 * Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members as needed
 * Provide clear, friendly communication and basic user training when appropriate
