Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous electronics repair or soldering experience preferred (not required-we will train the right candidate)

 * At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Basic computer proficiency

## Description

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and other electronics
 * Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through repair completion
 * Explain repair options and technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
 * Recommend accessories and protection products that enhance the customer experience
 * Meet or exceed repair quality and customer satisfaction goals
 * Accurately manage repairs using our point-of-sale and repair management systems
 * Maintain inventory accuracy and safeguard customer devices
 * Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
 * Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional attitude and convert inquiries into store visits
 * Represent CPR Cell Phone Repair's core values in every customer interaction
