Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in computer-related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).

* Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely manner.
 * Assist with hardware installations and software implementations.
 * Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
