## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BS/MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

 * 3+ years of relevant experience
 * Proficiency in C#/.NET, React, Azure Services(preferred) or AWS
 * Exposure to services in Azure (or equivalent in AWS): ADF, API-Management, Service Bus, Power BI, Azure Functions
 * Experience working with monitoring tools App Insights etc.
 * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SDLC Tools like JIRA/Confluence
 * Ability to debug and fix application issues

## Description

Feature & Code Delivery

 * Implement well-defined features, fixes, and enhancements following established coding standards and SDLC processes
 * Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality and consistency
 * Support small automation or tooling enhancements for repetitive tasks

Support, Troubleshooting &Operations

 * Investigate and resolve assigned support tickets and basic production defects
 * Perform initial debugging, contribute to RCA documentation for moderate-severity issues, and escalate complex cases appropriately
 * Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely, clear updates during incident handling

Collaboration & Process Alignment

 * Work with Product, QA, Security, DevOps, and Client-Facing teams to clarify requirements and support issue investigations
 * Follow established communication and incident-management processes to ensure consistent, reliable handoffs and responsiveness
 * Contribute to maintaining documentation related to features, fixes, and operational learnings
