Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the goal of zero injuries. * Experience supporting construction, industrial, or field-based organizations. * Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. ## Description The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure.
