## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Minimum 2 years (5 preferred) computer systems support experience.

 * Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office and Network
 * Computer systems training and support background.
 * Strong communication and organizational skills
 * Understanding of general administrative procedures
 * Stable work history
 * Some college preferred
 * Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
 * Bilingual (any language) a plus
 * Property management experience a plus

Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account. ## Description

We currently have a Regional IT Administrator position in our San Antonio region to oversee our portfolio of 13 multifamily properties., * Remote supervision and training of on-site personnel at large multi-family properties

 * Supervision relates to computer, procedural and accounting operations
 * Knowledge of policy and procedures as required to effectively train and support on-site personnel
 * Proficiency with RealPage or other web-based property management systems
 * Ability to evaluate and repair issues related to Video camera system , gate system and computer system performance
 * Payables and A/R collections
