Nice-to-Haves * Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). * Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams. * Familiarity with MDM solutions, SSO, and Zero Trust security frameworks. * Experience selecting and implementing SaaS platforms and third-party integrations., * IT management: 3 years (Preferred) * Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred) * IT support: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Certified Salesforce Administrator (Preferred) * Salesforce Certification (Preferred) ## Description Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator & IT Support Manager to own our technology infrastructure end-to-end. This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on Salesforce administration with broad IT support responsibilities - and gives you a seat at the table to shape our technology roadmap as we grow., Salesforce * Configure, maintain, and continuously improve our Salesforce org to support evolving business needs. * Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. * Build and optimize flows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects. * Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert and primary escalation point. IT Infrastructure & Support * Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, networking, and user accounts. * Manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and endpoint security. * Monitor and maintain the health and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure. * Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely, professional manner. Process Improvement & Advisory * Audit current workflows and technology processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. * Partner with department leaders to streamline operations through smarter use of existing tools. * Document systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to build institutional knowledge.
