## Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist specializing in Time Implementation to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support related to time management systems, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of time tracking solutions across various platforms. Your expertise will help optimize operational efficiency, support end-users, and maintain the integrity of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment., * Install, configure, and deploy time clock devices at client locations

 * Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware-related issues
 * Coordinate with client IT teams regarding network and firewall configurations
 * Validate successful device communication and system functionality
 * Support implementation and go-live activities during deployments
 * Provide onsite technical support to end users and leadership teams
 * Maintain deployment documentation and installation records
 * Escalate technical issues appropriately when needed
 * Communicate project updates and implementation status effectively
 * Ensure installations are completed within project timelines
