 * Proven history participating in Peer Reviews, configuration management, and change control processes.
 * Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
 * Exceptional capability to communicate highly technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

## Description

E-logic is seeking a Senior Application Programmer to provide advanced development, modernization, and maintenance support for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology's Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS) from U.S Department of State.. In this role, you will take a senior technical role in designing, developing, and supporting web services and re-engineered components, while providing technical advice to project personnel to resolve complex problems., * Design, develop, and support web services and re-engineered components based on business needs and priorities.

 * Compile code into programs, correct compilation errors, and work closely with test teams to systematically isolate defects and retest requirements.
 * Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice, resolve architectural or code limitations, and monitor project results against technical specifications.
 * Identify technical risks, construct robust contingency plans, and establish standards and guidelines pertaining to web service development and usage within the environment.
 * Participate in change management sessions, functional testing, and meet with Government Project Managers (GPMs) and Contract Project Managers (CPMs) to ensure proper execution.
