This role is responsible for overseeing the Payment Products Development team, ensuring the creation of high-quality products and features from initial concept through final deployment. The Sr. Director is expected to drive innovation, adaptability, and readiness to respond to evolving team requirements, while maintaining accountability for release deployments and post-deployment support. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work., * Lead teams in the the development of Visa Issuing Solutions products * Deliver high-quality products and features, managing the process from idea to final delivery, including design, development, testing, and release deployment. * Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules within an agile team setting. * Accurately scope efforts, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs with team members and stakeholders. * Coordinate and participate in Continuous Integration activities. * Communicate status updates, issues, and potential risks promptly and accurately. * Perform tasks related to data governance and system infrastructure as required.
