## Description

This is a hands-on staff augmentation role working closely with internal technical and business teams., Lead application design, development, and modernization efforts for web-based systems

 - Troubleshoot development and production support issues across environments
 - Perform unit, integration, and load testing
 - Design and manage database architecture and data quality
 - Collaborate with project, business, and leadership stakeholders
 - Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation
