## About the Role

+ Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
 + 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
 + Strong expertise in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development
 + Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases (SQL)
 + Demonstrated knowledge of data quality principles and data governance
 + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 + Experience working in enterprise data integration environments
 + Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)
 + Experience with scripting languages or tools (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
 + Exposure to AI/ML concepts or augmented analytics platforms
 + Experience building or supporting semantic layers or metrics layers
 + Familiarity with natural language query tools, copilots, or conversational BI

## Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst specializing in Qlik visualization and next-generation analytics. This role plays a critical part in transforming complex data into impactful insights that drive operational excellence and decision-making across the enterprise. In addition to traditional BI capabilities, this role will help shape the evolution of reporting and dashboards through AI-enabled analytics, semantic modeling, and intelligent data experiences. You will contribute to advancing how users interact with data from static dashboards to dynamic, conversational, and predictive insights., * Design and maintain Qlik dashboards by building interactive Qlik Sense and QlikView applications

 * Translate business needs into visuals by converting requirements into clear KPIs and intuitive visualizations
 * Optimize Qlik performance by improving application scalability, speed, and user experience
 * Apply visualization best practices by ensuring consistent, intuitive, and standardsaligned dashboard design
 * Develop augmented analytics features by incorporating automated insights, anomaly detection, and narrative summaries
 * Enable selfservice and conversational BI by supporting semantic layers and naturallanguage query capabilities
 * Integrate AI and ML insights by incorporating forecasting, trend detection, and rootcause analysis
 * Advance predictive and prescriptive analytics by helping stakeholders move beyond descriptive reporting
 * Collaborate on data integration initiatives by partnering with data engineering on Connected Data efforts
 * Build analyticsoptimized data models by creating structures suited for BI, reporting, and AI workloads
 * Perform data transformation and validation by standardizing and verifying data across multiple sources
 * Develop semantic data layers by defining reusable business logic for BI and AI tools
 * Support modern data architectures by contributing to lakehouse, cloud, and APIdriven data strategies
 * Monitor and improve data quality by tracking quality metrics across systems and pipelines
 * Identify and resolve data anomalies by diagnosing issues and recommending corrective actions
 * Support data governance by maintaining documentation, lineage, and governance standards
 * Ensure AI data readiness by validating reliability, explainability, and consistency for AI use cases
 * Develop trusted data products by contributing to standards for highquality, AIenabled reporting
 * Serve business stakeholders by acting as a primary contact for reporting and analytics needs
 * Support and enhance Qlik applications by troubleshooting issues and delivering improvements
 * Deliver analytics solutions by partnering with crossfunctional teams to prioritize and execute work
 * Educate users on analytics capabilities by training them on AIdriven insights and selfservice tools
 * Evaluate emerging BI and AI technologies by piloting new tools to enhance decisionmaking
