Licenses & Certifications * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. * Ability to travel between company locations as needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. * Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment. * Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication. * Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds. * Ability to travel occasionally to company locations, meetings, and vendor sites as business needs require. ## Description The Director of Information & Digital Systems is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Grand Home's information technology, digital business systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role serves as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring systems, processes, data, and technology investments support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The Director of Information & Digital Systems will provide leadership and direction to the Business Analyst and IT functions while serving as the Grand Home's subject matter expert for CRM strategy, business systems, process automation, systems integration, and technology planning. This position partners closely with executive leadership to develop and execute technology initiatives that align with Grand Home's strategic objectives and future growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following essential functions describe the primary responsibilities of this position but are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties. CRM & Digital Systems Leadership * Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Company's CRM platform and digital business systems. * Ensure continuity, optimization, and long-term sustainability of mission-critical CRM operations. * Oversee system integrations, automation initiatives, reporting, and business process improvements. * Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve performance and efficiency. Technology Strategy & Innovation * Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives. * Create and maintain technology roadmaps that support future growth. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business needs. * Lead digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. IT Operations & Infrastructure * Oversee information technology operations and vendor relationships. * Ensure system reliability, business continuity, and cybersecurity best practices. * Support infrastructure planning and technology-related projects. * Promote a proactive approach to technology support and operational effectiveness. Leadership & Team Development * Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop Business Systems and IT team members. * Establish performance expectations and accountability measures. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Support workforce planning and resource allocation within the technology function.
