Do you have experience in Windows?, * Knowledge of IT security best practices.

 * Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools.
 * Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair.
 * Knowledge of AV software, * 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows environments.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic networking concepts.
 * Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 * Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

## Description

* Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
 * Assist with account setups, password resets, and basic Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Support users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting common applications.
 * Document and track support tickets using our IT service management system.
 * Collaborate with higher-level IT staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
 * Assist with new hire IT onboarding, including workstation setup and user training.
 * Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets
