 * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects in a professional services environment.
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
 * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities., * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
 * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
 * Familiarity with cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role within the professional services industry.
 * Advanced degree in a related field or relevant technical certifications.

## Description

Tripoint Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support an upcoming federal government contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder communication, and IT delivery, with the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring successful outcomes., * Develop, implement, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives.

 * Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
 * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirements.
 * Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
 * Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of project components.
 * Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement practices.
