Due to the nature of the work we support, all candidates in consideration for this role must be willing to undergo the government issued background investigation process. ## Description Ardent is seeking a skilled GIS Consultant / Project Manager to support geospatial information technology initiatives as part of a collaborative, mission-focused team environment. This role is responsible for implementing geospatial solutions within a large team (5-10 members) and may also serve as a small team lead (3-4 members). The ideal candidate is proficient in managing small-to-medium work efforts using industry-standard methodologies, including Agile Scrum and Waterfall, while ensuring high-quality delivery of geospatial products and services. The GIS Consultant / Project Manager will also provide tactical recommendations to government stakeholders to improve processes, enhance deliverables, and support better mission outcomes through effective use of geospatial technologies.
