Candidates should be honors graduates with significant knowledge and experience in electrical engineering. * 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on systems engineering, applications engineering, or analog/mixed-signal design. * A good grounding in and deep understanding of fundamental power electronics experience. * Motor Control Algorithms: + Deep knowledge of Field Oriented Control (FOC). + Knowledge of PI Control loop design and tuning. + Knowledge of sensorless control techniques for brushless motors. * Strong understanding of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262 / ASIL). * Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for customers while maintaining the rigor required for design engineers.
