This role is integral to managing and troubleshooting complex network infrastructure within a high-density AI data center environment, ensuring peak operational performance., * Serve as the on-site Tier 3 escalation point for network and structured-cabling incidents across the site's AI infrastructure. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve physical-layer faults, validate repairs, and drive rapid resolution of issues impacting customer workloads. * Act as the escalation path for Tier 1 and 2 technicians, collaborating with Network Operations on more in-depth investigations. * Own structured cabling and fiber infrastructure, interpreting device diagnostics to confirm successful repairs. * Escalate out-of-scope issues to Network Operations with clear documentation, owning incidents through to resolution as the sole on-site network and ICT resource.
