Responsibilities include: * Managing staffing and resource allocation * Overseeing deliverables and ensuring quality * Ensuring compliance with contract requirements * Maintaining the Program Management Plan * Chairing internal governance meetings, including but not limited to ERB/CCB * Representing the Contractor in meetings with the Government * Serving as primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO), Serves as the Contractor's single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination with the Government. Accountable for staffing, scheduling, risk management, quality control, deliverables, and performance outcomes across all seven task areas supporting approximately 800 users at agency headquarters and satellite office.
