This role focuses on hardware installation, fleet technology management, mobile device deployment, and technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with field-deployed technology and the ability to troubleshoot equipment in both office and mobile environments., Tablet & Mobile Device Management * Setup, configure, and deploy tablets for dispatch, driver, and field office use * Install and configure dispatch software, GPS tracking applications, and delivery confirmation systems on mobile devices * Monitor tablet inventory, manage device lifecycle, and coordinate repairs or replacements * Troubleshoot mobile device connectivity issues (WiFi, cellular, Bluetooth) * Train Drivers on Tablet use including mobile ticket and pre trip/post trip applications.
