Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # IT SUPPORT - **Company:** The Trade Group - **Location:** Grapevine, TX, United States - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Apple Mac Systems, Business Software, Client Server Models, Cyber Security, Databases, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Domain Name System (DNS), Electronic Mailing, Ethernet, Firmware, Identity and Access Management, Networking Hardware, Microsoft Office, Windows Servers, Network Architecture, Remote Desktop Services, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft SharePoint, TCP/IP, ServiceNow IT Service Management, User Administration - **Published:** June 29, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=c1f23144134b1319 ## About the Role Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Twisted pair cables handling?, * Working knowledge of industry standard operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Windows Server) * Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive * Active Directory * Familiarity with user identity management in a hybrid Active Directory environment (Azure AD and on-premises AD) * Microsoft RDS and gateway services * General LAN protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) * Understanding of network architecture and client/server technology * CAT6 Ethernet cabling fundamentals and termination * Experience using an IT ticketing system to manage and document support requests * Familiarity with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle tracking * Basic understanding of IT security practices, including endpoint protection, patching, and access control * Provide Windows Server authentication support for all users * Basic computer hardware skills (A+ certification is desired) * Experience assisting with technical documentation, knowledge base articles, or standard operating procedures * Basic experience supporting business applications and coordinating escalations * Ability to work accurately and quickly under company deadlines. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Cooperative, courteous, flexible and good natured. * Conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive and active. * Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and deal with employees in an efficient and professional manner. * Must have attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals. * Trade show experience a plus * Must have reliable transportation. * Valid driver's license. ## Description This position requires handling a full range of tasks, including answering client phone calls/e-mails, troubleshooting technical problems, coordinating technical service and maintaining the service database.
