This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, with strong experience in ServiceNow (SNOW), and the ability to manage asset lifecycle processes while driving audit readiness, reporting, and process improvements., * 2-5+ years in IT Asset Management or Depot Operations * Strong ServiceNow experience (asset management and reporting) * Experience with inventory tracking and audits * Strong data management and Excel skills * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, * Experience in enterprise depot environments * Familiarity with RBS (ROP, Bin, Shelve) workflows * Experience supporting Tech Bar or end-user services * Knowledge of Mac and Windows device lifecycle Key Traits * Strong ownership and accountability * Ability to operate with minimal ramp-up time * Data-driven decision making * Strong communication and process adherence Impact of Role This role ensures inventory accuracy, audit compliance, operational efficiency, and data integrity within depot operations.
