## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering management.

 * Proven track record in software development with exposure to modern cloud-native and traditional programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go).
 * Experience leading teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
 * Strong knowledge of architecture patterns (modular design, SOLID principles, micro-frontends, Microservices etc.).
 * Understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
 * Exposure to GenAI, SaaS platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with modernizing legacy systems and integrating with modern platforms.
 * Exposure to serverless technologies, distributed systems, or DevOps practices.
 * Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is a plus.
 * Understanding of startup or growth-stage environments.

 * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, architects, and other technology leaders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery.
 * Technical Oversight: Promote sound engineering practices within the team and support strong design and implementation in collaboration with architects.
 * Agile Delivery: Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensure backlog health, remove obstacles, and help the team continuously improve.
