This includes wireless surveys and comprehensive documentation for all deployed frameworks and ongoing evaluations of these networks. What You Will Do * Implement, configure, and manage enterprise wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure. * Administer and troubleshoot wireless services, including access points, wireless controllers, and management systems. * Conduct wireless site surveys to support deployments, expansions, and performance optimization. * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for wireless network architecture, configurations, and deployed solutions. * Monitor, evaluate, and optimize wireless network performance, reliability, and availability. * Identify and resolve wireless connectivity and performance issues using established troubleshooting methodologies. * Support the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise wireless services. * Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure wireless solutions align with business and technical requirements. * This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.
