This role requires a motivated individual with a proactive approach to working with other team members and departments, who has the ability to manage tight deadlines and also brings impeccable attention to detail., * Executing the Data Management Team specific service level agreements * Onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts, including the collection and analysis of banking and investor contact information * Contributing to process improvements and automation with respect to how data is managed in the CRM database * Supporting bank account reconciliations (e.g., capital call and distribution payments) * Contributing to critical Investor Communications projects * Corresponding with other back-office teams on day-to-day and ad-hoc activity * Consistently meeting team metrics and shifting priorities as needed * Ensuring timely execution on team deliverables and ad-hoc requests * Maintaining a positive culture during times of high volumes * Strengthening Transfer Agent Quality Assurance (QA) program, Our Gold Standards define key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically.
