Qualified candidates will have an associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) and at least three years of experience providing technical support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, mobile devices, endpoint management tools, and IT ticketing systems is preferred. Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and healthcare technology environments is highly valued. Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system is a plus. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service., * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered. * Minimum three years of progressively responsible experience providing technology hardware, software, endpoint, application, and user support in a professional environment. * Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and managing work through an IT service management or ticketing platform. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, mobile device management, and Apple and Android devices. * Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networks, switches, VPNs, and firewalls. * Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, phishing, vulnerability remediation, secure access, and incident escalation. * Basic knowledge of servers, virtualization, system monitoring, patching, backups, and infrastructure operations. * Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system is desirable. * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft 365, Azure, ITIL, Cisco, or equivalent credentials are preferred. ## Description The IT Support Analyst / Senior Support Technician assists the Information Technology team in delivering reliable, secure, and user-centered technology services.
