This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience, technical aptitude, ERP/CRM knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders. Verify and edit orders to ensure completeness and accuracy. Enter and maintain orders in LN, eLogia, and ESP-REP systems. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, shipping, and delivery concerns. Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records and order databases. Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability and expedited requests. Monitor inventory levels and evaluate stock availability against shipping schedules. Support customers by providing timely updates and solutions.
