Experience managing global, mission-critical SAP landscapes * Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration across ECC, S/4HANA, and BW systems * Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database administration * Experience with SAP transport management and landscape architecture * Understanding of SAP system architecture (application, database, integration layers) * Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management * Familiarity with SAP cloud strategies (RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, hyperscalers) * Experience with monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, or equivalent) * Knowledge of SAP security concepts and compliance requirements * Experience with automation tools, scripting, and infrastructure automation Soft Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences * Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills * Experience working across global teams, cultures, and external * Ability to lead during high-pressure incidents and drive resolution ## Description This role is responsible for the architecture, administration, and continuous optimization of SAP technical platforms, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and SAP BTP. The Senior SAP Basis Administrator ensures high availability, performance, security, and compliance of SAP systems across the enterprise. The position drives automation, standardization, and operational excellence across SAP landscapes, including system provisioning, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and incident resolution. The role partners closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to deliver stable, compliant, and scalable SAP environments supporting global business operations.
