Our teams are cross-disciplinary, so it's highly collaborative; you'll need to work closely with engineers, designers, and product leads. Your responsibilities will include: * Establishing metrics for your product area using appropriate frameworks. Ensure governance through robust measurement and monitoring whilst aligning common definitions with Data Analysts in other teams * Leading the design of data products and collaborating with engineers on their implementation * Lead the definition and continuous improvement of tracking to ensure reliable measurement of user behaviour and product performance * Own experimentation programme outputs and partner with Design and User Research during early-stage ideation. * Work closely and seamlessly with senior stakeholders across the business, challenging and influencing decisions through data-informed recommendations, particularly when evaluating product changes and identifying new opportunities for improvement. * As a leader in your team, be accountable for its success, champion the use of analytics and support other Data Analysts * Plan and prioritise the analytical components of projects and ensure clear communication with Analytics leadership and adjacent teams Furthermore, as a valued member of our analytics community, you'll play a key role in embedding Growth and Product Analytics principles, fostering a culture of evidence-led thinking and knowledge sharing across the discipline.
