* Ausbildung mit Technikaffinität zB. EDV-Techniker, HTL/Kolleg oder erste Erfahrungen im Kundensupport / Helpdesk

## Description

* Fehleranalyse und Unterstützung in der Abwicklung von technischen Kundenanfragen im Rahmen unseres technischen Supports / Helpdesk
 * Fehlerbehebung und 1st Level Support (erster Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden)
 * Koordination von komplexeren Support-Tickets in Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd/3rd Level Kollegen und/oder Professional Services
 * Erarbeiten von Lösungen für Kunden im Bereich Enterprise Content Management, Digitalisierung und Prozessautomation
 * Technische Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden
 * Durchführung von Softwareupdates
