## Description

Integration Delivery Manager (Oracle HCM - Workforce Management)

6 Month contract (Reading/Hybrid)

Up to £700 p/d

Experienced Integration Delivery Manager required for a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, with a key focus on Workforce Management and Time & Labour (OTL).

You'll lead end-to-end integration delivery across HCM, Oracle EBS and third-party/workforce systems, working closely with SI partners and stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 * Deliver integration design, build, testing, deployment and transition
 * Own milestones and manage SI partner delivery
 * Lead integrations across Workforce Management, Time & Labour and Payroll
 * Manage risks, dependencies and cutover to BAU
 * Engage stakeholders across business, IT and suppliers
