## About the Role

Essential

 * Proven experience delivering data migrations for ERP / Finance data. Business Central experience prefered.
 * Strong understanding of data structures, relational models, and transformations
 * Hands-on experience with ETL processes
 * Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
 * Comfortable operating in high-pressure, delivery-focused environments
 * Able to explain how you moved data, not just which tools you used
 * Strong SQL / SSIS essential

## Description

We are looking for a hands-on Data Migration Engineer / Consultant to join a fast-growing organisation during a Business Central implementation.

Your core mission will be to migrate Finance data from multiple legacy systems into Business Central, repeatedly, reliably, and under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing

 * For each OpCo, analyse legacy source systems.
 * Understand and interrogate data models at source and target
 * Perform source-to-target mapping
 * Extract, cleanse, transform, and load data into Business Central.
 * Own data migration issues through to resolution (including post-migration BAU support)
 * Investigate missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data under time pressure
 * Support out-of-hours and weekend migrations when required
 * Work closely with stakeholders who depend on accurate data to run the business
