You'll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their Employee Central journey - from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption. Whether you are a junior or a medior, as long as you hold an EC certificate, this job can be a fit for you!, * Bachelor or Master degree

 * You are certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC module
 * You have built or are building experience with SuccessFactors EC end-to-end project
 * You have a collaborative mindset and a customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutions
 * You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a professional working proficiency in English

## Description

* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on solution design and capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors.
 * Lead workshops and solution demos to align stakeholders and validate proposed solutions.
 * Translate business needs into efficient HR processes and configure the Employee Central module, supporting testing with clients and project teams.
 * Deliver training and enablement, including tailored materials, to drive adoption and confident use of the solution.
 * Lead go-live activities, ensure a smooth transition, and provide post-deployment guidance to build long-term client relationships.
 * Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and proactively suggest innovations and enhancements to maximize client value., + Net expenses
