IT & Infrastructure Lead - The Function

 * Manage and optimize the company's IT network, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable operations.
 * Automate business processes to improve efficiency across internal teams and client workflows.
 * Provide technical support for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring fast and effective resolution of issues.
 * Work with business applications such as WinBooks, Odoo, ExpertM, and Yuki, helping teams leverage these tools effectively.
 * Advise management on IT strategy, infrastructure improvements, and technology adoption.
