 * Übernimmst im Projekt eine wichtige fachliche Rolle, berätst klar und lösungsorientiert - Entscheidungen liegen bei den Stakeholdern
 * Du kommunizierst und dokumentierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

## Description

* Du machst aus dem SAP SuccessFactors Modul PMGM eine echte HR-Erfolgsgeschichte und bringst frischen Wind in Feedback-, Ziel- und Entwicklungsgespräche
 * Du gestaltest internationale SAP SuccessFactors- und HR-IT-Projekte mit oder übernimmst deren Leitung und trägst dazu bei, globale HR-Prozesse digital neu aufzusetzen
 * Du konzipierst und schärfst Performance- und Goal-Templates, Route Maps sowie Rating Scales, für User intuitiv, HR und Business
 * Du verantwortest Rollen und Berechtigungen im Performance & Goals Management-Bereich der Foundation
 * Du betreust Key User, planst Releases, überwachst Integration Center sowie Standardschnittstellen und stellst so einen stabilen Systembetrieb sicher
 * Du führst Trainings und Workshops durch, unterstützt Admins sowie End User und dokumentierst deine Lösungen in Deutsch und Englisch verständlich und praxistauglich
