He/She acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring category growth and building category management capabilities to support PepsiCo's growth. He/She provides customer teams and customers with insights and recommendations to accelerate growth of PepsiCo's CSD categories and, in doing so, helps drive PepsiCo sales., Expert Advisor role to Customers (external) * Acts as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping and securing short- and long-term growth plans with mid- and senior-level management. * Leads the category agenda across all CSD brands and partners on store projects. * Drives the development of a clear category vision across PepsiCo's CSD category and sales channels. * Brings an innovative retailer mindset, creating compelling selling stories grounded in customer and market data and translated into shopper and consumer insights. * Initiates and leads category management projects with customers to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable results-improving assortment, shelf execution, and promotional effectiveness-while providing actionable insights to Demand Acceleration (DX) and Sales. * Works directly with customers, or via sales partners, to present category plans, reviews, and growth opportunities. * Serves as a key contributor to the preparation of national customer T2T Senior Management meetings.
