 + Inbetriebnahme sowie Pflege von IT-Systemen (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, …)
 + Hardwarereparaturen sowie 1st Level Aufgaben mithilfe eines Ticketsystems
 + Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen
