* Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt (m/w/d) oder Betriebswirt (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung im Controlling / Projektcontrolling, idealerweise im Bauwesen bzw. Netzbau; sicher im Umgang mit projektnahen Kennzahlen
 * Ausgeprägtes analytisches und ganzheitliches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute MS-Office-Kompetenzen (insb. Excel); schnelle Einarbeitung in ERP- / Reporting-Tools (SAP)
 * Selbstständiges und zielstrebiges Arbeiten sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team

## Description

* Sie übernehmen die kaufmännische Betreuung der Standorte Waiblingen, Weinstadt, Karlsruhe und Freiberg
 * Sie erstellen die monatliche Ergebnisrechnung für Jahresbau- und Großprojekte, prüfen Abweichungen und leiten Maßnahmen zur Ergebnissteuerung ab
 * Sie arbeiten aktiv im Planungsprozess mit, erstellen Prognosen und leisten Zuarbeit
 * Sie übernehmen Controllingaufgaben, führen Steuerungsgespräche und verantworten das monatliche Reporting an die kaufmännische Leitung
 * Sie sind kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Bereichsleitung, alle Mitarbeiter sowie Auftraggeber und Nachunternehmer
