## Description

* Technischer Anwender-Support vor Ort
 * Technische Unterstützung für Anwender, Behebung von Störungen sowie Implementierung von Lösungen (für Maschinen, Prüfmittel, etc.)
 * Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von IT-Vorfällen in unserem Ticket-System (1st Level Support)
 * Verantwortung für die Netzwerktechnik im Produktionsnetzwerk
 * Administration vom Windows-Client-Server
 * Verantwortung für Backups im Produktionsnetzwerk
 * Verwaltung und Erstellung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungsstrukturen
 * Verwaltung von Netzwerkdruckern
 * Management von Windows-Clients (AD, WSUS, Endpoint Security)
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Überwachung von Hard- und Software, Servern und Netzwerken sowie IT-Hardware-Bestandsverwaltung
 * Überwachung von Netzwerken auf Sicherheitsrisiken, Erkennung von Bedrohungen (Bitdefender, Sophos, pfSense)
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz vor Cyber-Bedrohungen unter Einhaltung von Vorschriften
 * Dokumentation der IT-Umgebung im Verantwortungsbereich
 * Virtualisierung (Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix, VMWare) der virtuellen Netzwerkumgebung
