## Description

En contact direct avec les clients, vous assurez le support IT, le suivi et la résolution des incidents, tout en veillant à la bonne santé des infrastructures.
Vous intervenez aussi bien sur des projets de déploiement, d'installation que de migration, et participez activement à la mise en œuvre de solutions IT adaptées aux besoins clients., * Installation et gestion de parcs informatiques (serveurs, stockage, réseaux, sécurité, téléphonie)

 * Support utilisateurs (à distance et sur site)
 * Analyse, diagnostic et résolution des incidents
 * Conseil et accompagnement des clients
 * Rédaction de procédures et de documentation technique
 * Participation à des projets d'implémentation IT

Environnement technique

 * Réseaux & sécurité : LAN, WAN, Firewall, Wi-Fi, Cloud
 * Stockage & virtualisation : SAN, NAS, iSCSI, hyperconvergence
 * Backup & Disaster Recovery
