 * Deutsch fließend (mindestens B2), Englisch von Vorteil; Bereitschaft für Teil- oder Vollzeit

## Description

* Sie übernehmen im Team den Second-Level-Support für Endanwender und Key User und lösen Tickets strukturiert gemäß ITSM-/Serviceprozessen
 * Sie betreuen die SAP S/4HANA-Landschaft im Second-Level-Support mit Schwerpunkt auf Vergabe, Pflege und Prüfung von Berechtigungen (z. B. Rollen- und Profilkonzepte, Benutzerverwaltung)
 * Sie analysieren Störungen, priorisieren Anfragen, dokumentieren Workarounds und stellen komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und anwenderorientiert dar
 * Sie arbeiten aktiv in IT-Projekten mit, unterstützen Tests, Rollouts und Changes und bringen Verbesserungen in den Support- und Berechtigungsprozessen ein
 * Sie kooperieren eng mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern durch klare Kommunikation in fließendem Deutsch
